22歲男子李志隆只因吸毒被阿嬤念了幾句，竟拿菜刀將一手養育他的阿公、阿嬤狂劈共203刀致死；高雄高分院昨天宣判，合議庭以李男自首減刑、家屬求情，醫師鑑定非無教化可能等3大理由，依殺直系血親尊親屬罪，判他無期徒刑、褫奪公權終身。
判決出爐，鄉民罵聲連連，「鬼島台灣不意外」、「法官又在秀下限」等辛辣字眼都出來了。有人說「李男免死原因就是他生在台灣」，鄉民認為「台灣真的實質廢死，連殺直系血親尊親屬都能免死」。
合議庭在判決理由中指出，李男沒有前科，犯案後未逃離現場，主動撥110自首，適用自首減輕其刑；且李男偵審期間，多次對殺死阿公、阿嬤表示歉意及懊悔；高雄榮總對他進行精神鑑定，認為他在公權力規範及管控下，持續接受適當輔導關懷、戒毒矯正以及精神醫學領域協助等，非無教化可能。
由於李男的大伯也希望再給李男一次機會，二審合議庭因此認為，李男非全然泯滅人性，並無永久與世隔絕之必要，殺阿嬤部分判有期徒刑18年、殺阿公判無期徒刑，放火判5年，合併應執行無期徒刑。
本案發生在去年3月27日晚間，李男在內門區住處邀朋友拉K，吸毒後跑到阿嬤房間聊天，順便想要點生活費，阿嬤忍不住念他幾句，要他不要再吸毒，李男卻突然發狂，把阿嬤推去撞牆，再拿塑膠椅、鐵椅猛K已經倒地的阿嬤。
阿公聽到吵雜聲，驚見逆孫打阿嬤，要他住手不要再打了，李男不聽勸，轉往廚房拿菜刀，朝奄奄一息的阿嬤，連砍182刀，逃回房間的阿公沒躲過，也被李男猛劈21刀，從小將李男拉拔長大的阿公、阿嬤，就這麼活活被逆孫砍死。
李男犯案之後，用棉被蓋住阿公屍體想燒屍，因火勢太大，延燒房子，被濃煙嗆到回神的他，驚覺鑄下大錯，打電話報警說「要自首」，並不斷哭泣表示「自己殺死阿嬤」，最後待在現場被捕。
